Being diligent and consistent about maintenance means prioritizing and taking care of real problems when they come up. The quality of living that La Mirage offers is well worth having to wait a bit to have a real maintenance problem fixed. But in an emergency, the staff comes through with flying colors!

Very quiet & well-maintained. Unusually large closets, including pantry, linen & coat closets. Also apartment has lots of space for storage. Bedroom closet has many racks for hanging clothes, as well as shelving for suitcases, pillows, etc.

I moved in July 2020, and La Mirage has felt like home ever since. The leasing office staff, Melissa, Olivia, and George, has been awesome. They always have a cheerful greeting when I see them and are always there whenever I have a question or concern. The maintenance staff is excellent and quick to respond to any request. Quiet neighborhood. Away from all the busy street noise and other things that go on inside a city. Grocery stores nearby in 3 directions, coffee shops in 3 directions. I would usually worry about our vehicles in an apartment complex but have not seen anything or heard anything to complain about.
